Reno mattresses are thin flexible cages which are made of hexagonal double twisted woven wire mesh. Natural rock is used to fill the cages and this allows them to blend into the environment.  Renos are used primarily for river and creek beds, channel linings and stabilizing embankments. This stops erosion, preserves the environment and encourages natural vegetation growth which in turn provides a more visually appealing landscape.
